Welcome to Karthik Academy

More than 500+ students are working as Local Fund Auditors, Sub-Registrars, Cooperative Inspectors, VAOs, Junior Assistants, and Cooperative Staffs, including visually impaired and destitute widow officers.

Karthik, founder of Karthik Academy, brings over a decade of expertise in competitive exam coaching for TNPSC, TNUSRB, IB, and banking aspirants in Chennai.

Started as Faculty & Mentor at Guindy Employment Office and State Career Guidance Centre (SCGC), delivering competitive exam training. Served as Senior Faculty at Defence Academy Chennai (2017-2021) and Presidency College, alongside Quaid-E-Millath Government College for Women and Government Arts College, Nandanam. Contributed to Anne Sullivan Foundation (ASF) with free classes for visually impaired, transgenders, ex-army personnel, destitute widows, and deaf aspirants.

Mentored on Kalvi Tholaikatchi government channel (2022-23), providing free online Mains classes. In 2023, 70+ aspirants cleared Group 2/2A Prelims; in 2024, 40+ advanced to interviews for Group 2A posts. Created a state rank topper as DSP in 2023, with 500+ students now serving as Local Fund Auditors, Sub Registrars, Co-op Inspectors, VAOs, JAs, and cooperative staff—including visually impaired and destitute widows.
